Founded by Robert Perlman and Pete Pelaez in 1989, RTI Hotel Supply was created specifically to fulfill a need for specialized procurement services in the hospitality industry. Our goal is to offer brand-name hotel supplies and equipment while delivering measurable value and personalized customer service.

Most of the account service professionals at RTI Hotel Supply have extensive personal experience in the hospitality industry. They get to know your property inside and out, becoming a virtual extension of your purchasing department and they can assist you while making selections.

RTI Hotel Supply is headquartered in Miami, Florida, which positions us to service hotel and resort properties in the Caribbean and Latin America too.

This 22,000-square-foot facility in Miami houses thousands of the most commonly requested hotel supplies, accelerating the delivery of your orders. Our warehouse is also the departure point for overseas shipments. We consolidate orders to minimize export-shipping costs, ensure quality controls by packing our own containers and prepare all customs documentation.

Located near Miami International Airport, our 5,000 square ft, custom-built showroom contains furnishings, fabrics and many other samples. We also maintain a comprehensive library of reference materials and thousands of hotel supply product catalogs.
